Photo Collection System

All photo sessions will take place during open hours of Saturday and Sunday (There will be individual Captain photo sessions on the Friday). A schedule will be clearly on display showing you when photo sessions are taking place and with which guest.

Photos will be available roughly 3 hours later for collection on site. A dedicated area for photo collection will be clearly marked and staff manning this area will keep you informed on what photos have returned, or when you can expect them.

All photos are printed to professional standards and will be 6x9 in size, we will take special care to handle them correctly.

Please DO NOT handle any photographs that are set out for collection - if you see your photo please ask a member of staff to retrieve it for you to ensure all photos remain in pristine condition for all visitors - it doesn't take much for a photo to appear grubby if a couple of people ignore this advice and put their hands on them.

To ensure safe transit of your photos please remember to bring a folder or plastic documents box to put them in, this can also be useful for autographs as well.

If you are unable to collect your photos, need to leave early then you will be able to request that they are posted to you for a charge of just £2 to cover postage. You will be asked to fill in a form, describing yourself and what you are wearing so our staff will be able to identify you after the event and make sure you get the correct photo. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery as this is a very manual process after the event.
