Ticket Info
Destination Star Trek London is a three day event, starting on Friday 19th October. Every visitor will require an entry ticket, and this ticket will give you access to the event. Ticket upgrades for further experiences at Destination Star Trek London are then available once an entry ticket has been purchased.
Please read the following very carefully, it will detail what each ticket entitles the bearer access to during the event and will include exclusive access and/or content not available to other ticket holders.

Important Advance Purchase Information
Order your tickets before midday on Tuesday 16th October if you want them delivered to your home (UK only). After this time all tickets ordered will be collection on site.
Advanced online ordering for the following tickets will end on Thursday 18th October at Midnight, after this time tickets will only be available to purchase at the show on the box office:

You will still be able to purchase in advance online 2 Day passes and the TNG party tickets until Midnight on Friday 19th Oct, and Sunday Only Day Tickets until Saturday 20th Oct Midnight.
Tickets ordered from outside of the UK will be available to collect from the event Box Office at London Excel from 9am on Friday 19th October. Please bring along your booking confirmation as proof of purchase.
Entry Tickets will be available on the door - please note for Standard Tickets these will not include all the extras listed of the advance option - see ticket type below for information.

All guests will be signing throughout the weekend and tickets will be available to purchase on the day via the Virtual Queue system. Some of our guests will be taking part in professional photo sessions, more details on photoshoots are available here.
Carers Tickets
Carers can get an entry only ticket on arrival at the event from the box office, if accompanying a Silver/Gold or Platinum ticket holder please ensure the box for 'special assistance' is ticked when ordering your ticket online. Children
Children under 4 do not require a ticket.

The booking fee for Destination Star Trek London is £1.80
Booking Additional Tickets
Please have your Entry Booking Order Reference ready when ordering additional tickets, an entry ticket purchase is required in order to book additional tickets.
* Pre-Signed Autographs will be randomly selected from guests attending, but will NOT include William Shatner, Patrick Stewart, Avery Brooks, Kate Mulgrew or Scott Bakula.
** An 'In-Person' Autograph will be an autograph randomly selected by us, to collect in person, for one of the guests at the event – will not include William Shatner, Patrick Stewart, Avery Brooks, Kate Mulgrew or Scott Bakula.
*** Priority Scheduled Queuing will be priorty timed sessions for Captain Autographs. NO Virtual Queue ticket required.
^ Opening Ceremony/Captain's Talk is the talk featuring William Shatner, Patrick Stewart, Avery Brooks, Kate Mulgrew and Scott Bakula on stage together (subject to work commitments).
~ All individual captains talks/autographs are subject to their attendance, which is subject to their professional work commitments. Should any individual captain be unable to attend the show a substitute talk/autograph will be provided. Individual captain talks will take place in the main talk area with an audience.
